Weirdness in a great app

Weirdness in a potentially superb app - app freezes on "ok"/"cancel" options screen - cant even click on "purchase" option... And no customer service to reply to questions regarding this. Perhaps this app has lost its life and is just a ghost now. Pity. Its really great actually.
